When Lwren Tikva, 23, was invited to speak about a VICE documentary on feminism, she didnt realize that saying yes would have a horrific impact on her life.
Tikva a pro-Israel student at Arizona State University flew to Manhattan in March to be filmed on a panel with eight other women. But things immediately went awry when the moderator asked if anyone was a Trump supporter. Tikva raised her hand.
I just really did not like Hillary Clinton, said Tikva. I literally sat in the voting booth for a long time, I honestly didnt even think Donald Trump was going to win, so part of it was kind of a joke, she explained.
Other panelists called Tikva out for her privilege in voting for Trump.
But Tikva who was clearly stumbling over her words, possibly because it was her first time on camera attempted to clarify. I didnt like either party, she added.
Nearly all the panelists giggled or looked at Tikva in shock.

It is stories like this that is bringing me to be a volunteer for the first time
Now there's a word that has lost all meaning.
“privilege”
I.e., “sacrilege”, in LeftSpeak.
And all the panelists, after looking at shock at Tikva, evetually say in unison “Orange man bad!” and then “3...4...1...8... who taught Tikva how to hate!?” before they ripped up a MAGA hat with their teeth.
Junior high behavior.
Man, to the Left, when things don’t go your way, evidently anything is fair game. Too bad things can’t be reversed for a while.
Half the country voted for Trump, but this panel only had one Trump supporter?
Anecdotes are not news.
I’ve never been aware of a time when the Left has been tolerant of competing opinions.
I didnt like either party,
"Like" has nothing to do with it. I despise and contemn Hildebeeste. I don't really "like" Donald Trump, either. Who cares?
The real question is "Which of them, as President, will be best for America? Which of them will better lead America toward goodness, greatness, and prosperity?"
Put that way, one's personal likes and dislikes are removed from consideration entirely, and the choice largely makes itself. Hildebeeste wanted to tear America down, and outlined policy proposals to do just that. Trump wanted to MAGA, and outlined policy proposals to do that.
Voting is a lot easier when approached logically rather than emotionally.
“Voting is a lot easier when approached logically rather than emotionally.”
19th amendment ended logical voting.
This panel was about as rigged as the Dem primaries.
No wonder the failing news media lives off of pretty much just friends and relatives of Cooper, Maddow, etc watching their shows.
There is a reason why Tim Pool reported how VICE News is also failing.
Fascinating.
Didn't think so.
I think it ended logical campaigning, by introducing large numbers of emotional voters. Logical voters are out there, but we're being overwhelmed.
I should add that campaigning is hardly new the term “bandwagon politics” was coined in the first half of the 19th Century.
“illogical campaigning”, even.
More media based lynching mobs.
The media should be considered a terrorist organization, down with facebook too.
“Half the country voted for Trump, but this panel only had one Trump supporter?”
Why she did it is her fault as well. Trump voters know a scam and a trap when they see one and she fell for it. Why do you think we dont state anything real when we are asked at polls?
You missed what I was saying. Think about the 19th amendment. Then think of why that was the end of logical voting.
Hint: Who started voting then and is famous for emotion rather than logic?
