Anti-Trump Traitors Rip Blindfold Off Lady Justice

What anti-American zealots in government and media are doing to president Trump is unprecedented and should scare the heck out of every American. They have created a parallel universe void of truth and reality. In the midst of Trump actually making America great again, millions of Americans believe Trump is a Russian agent, mentally ill, and leading America to destruction.

Trump brought back jobs that Obama decreed were gone forever. Black, Hispanic, and female unemployment are at historic lows. Trump pulled us out of bad deals with foreign governments. Thanks to Trump eliminating absurd regulations and oppressive taxes, businesses are coming home to America building factories. The average American wage is $27 per hour. Americans are enjoying an economic boom. All this incredible good news is for the most part being hidden from Americans.

Instead, Democrats, fake news media, Hollywood, and social media flood the airwaves with their lie that Trump is horrible for America. They claim he obstructed justice in the Mueller investigation. Hogwash! The truth is the Mueller so-called investigation was really an illegal witch-hunt, a silent coup undermining Trump's presidency; to reverse the 2016 presidential election.

Instead, Democrats, fake news media, Hollywood, and social media flood the airwaves with their lie that Trump is horrible for America. They claim he obstructed justice in the Mueller investigation. Hogwash! The truth is the Mueller so-called investigation was really an illegal witch-hunt, a silent coup undermining Trump's presidency; to reverse the 2016 presidential election.

Being Trump is now a crime. Siding with him is a crime and in some cases not hating him sufficiently is a crime. This is insanity on a whole new level.

How true. Even at work now, the Liberals constantly spout off openly how stupid he is,etc. I offer rebuttals and they shut up. Others just sit silent. This is at a company that prides itself on diversity and inclusiveness. None of them have their own thoughts, they are merely echoing.

Think about this, folks. For over three years, Trump’s enemies launched an illegal silent coup to reverse the 2016 presidential election.

Every time Trump told the American people the truth about what these treasonous conspirators were doing, they launched a national narrative that Trump is insane and attempting to obstruct justice.

Displaying off the chain arrogance and chutzpah, anti-American zealots are trying to criminalize Trump defending himself. They expect Trump to lie back and not respond to them spreading lies 24/7 about him and his policies. They are, in essence, saying screw the law, screw the truth, screw equal justice and screw the American people.

Donny and the Morning Joe crew are trying to paint Trump in criminal terms because they lack the balls to be truthful...

If a poll was ever conducted with the question “Is our two party system working” ? The response would be 90% negative. What is being employed by This so called coup d’etat against Trump should not be viewed as against Trump but an impeachment of our constitution. .

Everything the man has attempted to get done has been blocked by a radical group composed mainly of members of the democrat party in top leadership legislative and judicial branches of government who view the constitution as an obstacle to their concepts of government intrusion on individdual liberty guaranteed by it as they advance their policies.

What we have is a 1½ party system.

One party is on the side of Establishment Journalism, never gets libeled, and is entitled not only to its own opinions but to its own facts. The other party gets libeled continuously, and thinks it has no legal recourse because - according to the Warren Court’s 1964 New York Times v. Sullivan decision - the First Amendment requires that government officials not sue for libel. The Sullivan decision was unanimous, with enthusiastic concurrences - but it’s just as wrong as the Rehnquist Court’s Morrison v. Olson decision, with only then-freshman Justice Scalia vehemently - and in historical retrospect correctly - dissenting.

The Sullivan decision neglected the fact that the First Amendment did not, was not intended to, change anything. The Bill of Rights was intended precisely to prevent change in our rights as they then were understood. When 1A speaks of “the freedom . . . of the press,” it refers to the (limited) freedom which existed before the ratification of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Laws agains libel and pornography were not touched by 1A, and were not intended to be. Thus, when the Ninth Amendment says "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people,” it is clear that the right not to be libeled without recourse falls in that category.

Every day I talk to people who don't understand the issues involved in our trade dispute with China. There are not Trump-haters, just people who have never heard through the MSM why the dispute is happening - and think it is just because Trump has a big ego and wants to beat up China.

When I explain why we are raising tariffs - to match what China has been putting on our exports for decades - and when I explain how China's abuse of their "Third World Privilege" of heavily subsidized postal rates for drop-shipping to the US has crushed many American small businesses, a light bulb goes on and they suddenly get it.

One problem is - where "conservative" media exists - it too often parrots the globalist Chamber of Commerce rhetoric on trade, which is not substantially different from Democrat rhetoric. It is very hard for reasonable Americans without access to an alternative source like FR to understand what is really going on.

I'm a big fan of the idea of Trump doing Fireside Chats on TV every Friday night, to bypass the MSM. The Democrat response every time would become increasingly hysterical and do nothing but good for Trump's re-election campaign.

Yes, their “gatekeeper power” is attenuated - but there are still legions of people who self-censor their information intake to preserve in their minds the position of “the media” as font of objective truth. But back in ’64 their “gatekeeper power” was pretty much intact; we all suckered for it, pretty much.

The trouble we still have is that a Donald Trump, a Judge Kavanaugh, even a George Zimmerman, gets libeled mercilessly by people who buy ink by the carload. That affects Donald Trump, it affects Justice Kavanaugh, and it affects George Zimmerman, and it affects you and me. Pace the Warren Court and the Sullivan decision, our rights are compromised by the inability of Donald Trump to sue for libel for the purpose of denying Democrats the right to their own facts.

Ancient Greek “philosophers” responded by refusing to participate in such argumentation, and rather by demanding the facts and logic be the sole components of debate. To allow your opponent to reject reality and simply define terms for his/her own convenience is the very opposite of restricting the debate to facts and logic. The Sullivan decision requires that Republicans - the only people who get libeled - allow Democrats, who go along and get along with the Journalism Establishment, to define “facts” for their own convenience.

According to Sullivan, Justice Kavanaugh has absolutely no recourse at law. It affects Justice Kavanaugh, and it affects any future Republican nominee for SCOTUS. I don’t see how SCOTUS can tolerate that situation forever. As I said, if not for Scalia the Morrison v. Olson decision would have been unanimous - unanimously wrong. SCOTUS didn’t have a Scalia on the bench in 1964, and New York Times v. Sullivan was unanimous - unanimously wrong.

I’m not saying that Mr. Sullivan should have won, only that there were crucially important things which were not dreamt of in the philosophy of any member of the Warren Court when they proudly trumpeted what they considered to be the ramifications of that case.

Fireside chats are a great idea but Trump knows this stuff like the back of his hand - maybe too well to explain easily.

It would be better if someone like Thomas Sowell assisted... Trump could 'invite' someone like Sowell to the chat and work as a team. Trump's a man of action and fireside chats require a different approach... Trump says 'We gotta take this hill to win' and the other person says, 'here's why we gotta take this hill and why this plan will work'...
