Stelzer was appointed to this position by Democratic MO Governor Jay Nixon in July 2012, then re-elected in 2014 [because people don't understand who really runs the government].

So the license was revoked because that PP center had had many questionable issues and complications from their “safe and legal, health practice” so, as any responsible government would do to a licensed facility providing subpar service - they revoked the license.
Note you can still get abortions at the hospital or at a doctors office.
But the judge says, no no, the government can’t revoke the license of this particular business because it’s against that businesses rights and the people need it.

No, actually the license to practice was not revoked, but rather not renewed because the PP Clinic refused to cooperate with an investigation into allegations/evidence of problems with abortion procedures and compliance wit the laws of the state. The license then lapsed at midnight last night, but yay! the activist judge violated the states laws and declared that the state would be restrained temporarily from …. Well, following the LAW of all things!
The PP clinic folks asked a judge before the license lapsed to prevent the state from following the law- the investigation is part of the executive branch responsibility of compliance.
There will be more come next Tuesday, but I think the judge is cooked.
Pretty certain that insurance will not be happy, clients/patients using the clinic will be doing so at an unlicensed medical facility. Ramifications.
The Attorney General should go Straight to the Grand Jury and secure an Indictment against the Judge for Operating a Medical Clinic without a License, Send the SWAT Team and CNN to Arrest, Perp Walk and Mug Shot in Orange Jumper.
Even if it is thrown out, they acted in Good Faith and are IMMUNE!!! But they got their point across. Do this EVERY TIME A FEDERAL Judge butts into State Affairs.
