Chicago's top prosecutor again shifted her explanation for why she recused herself from an investigation into Jussie Smollett's claim that he'd been the target of a hate crime, saying she stepped aside because of false rumors she was related to the "Empire" actor.
Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx offered the new public explanation in a statement issued along with the release of 2,000 pages of documents in the case, which also refer to the rumors arising as suspicions grew that Smollett, who is black and gay, staged the attack against himself.
Her statement and the documents, which included internal office communications, illustrate how Foxx and her office at times agonized over whether she should recuse herself at all and over how to explain the decision in March to drop all charges that accused Smollett of lying about the assault and making a false police report. Smollett claimed he was the victim of a racist, anti-gay attack in downtown Chicago in January.

I may be presumptuous to an extreme degree here by wondering what similarities would exist if a white guy in a MAGA hat (who was the same POS mentality as J.S.) staged an attack by...say...the BLM or AntiFa and he got cold busted same as JS. I really dont see that case getting swept under a media carpet like this one is. I’m pretty sure that a lot of noise would still be getting made over it by the left.

Jussie Smollett is just one more social marker that illustrates why we should not allow gays to have power over
the People via electoral office.
The bend over boy could have had a good private life, taking acting classes, and enjoying his life, but you see Jussie is a Liberal Fascist who believes that his ideological ends justify the means, a liberal fascist who was activated to be the cannon fodder for the Obama born transformation of our Society so it cannot be governed by the Constitution. and due process.
Jussie was “saved” by his liberal fascist sub-rosa network of liberal fascist prosecutors and friends of the Obamas. So also saved was Hillary Clinton, who also committed high crimes and misdemeanors concerning national security law.
In this country we have one law for democrats secured ultimately by the 9th circuit, and another law for the privileged white people , who are not actually privileged at all. Its the Obama hegemony that is privileged and they exercise it in cases like Jussie Smollett’s, in order to save an iconic piece of loyal cannon fodder to show their muscle to the allegedly down trodden and victimized “people” of our nation?

And a prosecutor who was obviously influenced by friends of Moochelles who can't adequately explain her actions or why she dropped all the charges when there is plenty of evidence that Smollett lied and made-up the "crime".

Everyone involved in this case, except the police, have turned out to be a bunch of losers.
