On his award-winning and widely-heard daily radio program Wednesday, talk giant Rush Limbaugh tore apart special counsel Robert Muellers statement earlier in the day in which he proclaimed that his Democrat-and-Hillary Clinton-donating investigators could not say with certainty that POTUS Donald Trump did neither colluded with Russia or obstructed justice.
Noting that Mueller is reversing what he apparently told Attorney General William Barr three times that his team did not consider longstanding Justice Department policy that a sitting president cannot be indicted when they refused to do so after completing their probe in March Limbaugh said the special counsel is turning American jurisprudence on its head with a statement today that he cant exonerate the president or he would have said so.

Basically what they did to Kavanaugh, guilty til proven innocent
that’s exactly how we heard Muller talking too
that’s so anti-Constitutional and un-American...of him to set up a straw man illegal standard...that a citizen of USA remains guilty in his eyes until he, Mueller, can prove that citizen’s innocence
well, that’s somewhat more like the French civil law standard.. a bit anyway,...but it is DEFINITELY not American!!!!!! Our Founders knew all about the French and completely rejected that !!!!
and,
he should be disbarred from the practice of law!
"We can't say he's guilty, we can't say he's innocent, can't confirm or deny anything, we can't prove a negative, we can't even..." We say it best when we say nothing at all.

Salem Witch Trials: prove you are NOT a witch.
Mueller is a pedophile, until he can disprove it.
You’re not getting a tautology out of a DoJ that simultaneously claims:
1) Hillary demonstrably broke the law but is not guilty
2) Trump did not demonstrably break the law but is possibly guilty
It was a great first hour on Rush today.
I watched it live, and was surprised to see some freepers didn’t see it that way.
He effectively implied Trump was guilty, the only reason he didn’t indict is because his hands were tied, and it was congress’s job to impeach him.
I’m sure there are people here who will still claim that Mueller is a stealth White Hat.
Not just that, but a Russian pedophile!
Graham needs to call him to testify.
Ken Starr used the word GUILTY in his report 15 times..that was NEVER used against Donald Trump, not even ONCE, if Mueller wanted to he would have used that in his report even if he couldn’t prove it
We don’t follow the Napoleonic law (French law) that the defendant has to prove their innocence rather than the courts proving they’re guilty.
They felt like Trump broke the law. They wanted to believe he broke the law.
They just couldnt prove he broke the law.
Commies will NEVER move on with their lives because they dont have a life..their “Lives” consist of trying to turn America into their own Communist Utopia, they failed in 2016, they really believed that Americans wanted to live under Communist rule, Obama almost got us there, Clinton was supposed to finish the job..Trump ruined their plans and they have been throwing a mega hissy fit ever since..if they want to try to impeach Trump, they would have done it back in January when they retook the House no one has stopped them, they control the House, if they wanted to it would have been done..NOTHING Mueller said today changes anything in the report, what he said today is what he said in the report, so if the commies wanted to this whole impeachment nonsense would have been done with two weeks ago
To top it off, he says "First, the opinion explicitly permits the investigation of a sitting President because it is important to preserve evidence while memories are fresh and documents are available." And finally, "...the Constitution requires a process other than the criminal justice system to formally accuse a sitting President of wrongdoing."
In other words, "I have damaging evidence for you to dig through" and "It's up to congress to pursue impeachment".
Mueller had no reason to say these things beyond pitching a grenade into the oval office before saying "that's all I have to say" and dropping the mic.
I agree with Rush’s point on this. I hope the Justice department clears this up as it seems Muller is contradicting himself.
That was my take.
Didn’t anyone actually watch Mueller themselves?? Mueller mentioned the presumption of innocence concept. He didn’t declare Trump guilty. Starr declared Clinton guilty eleven times in his report, Mueller could have done the same, if Trump was guilty.
