The Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to take up a challenge to a transgender bathroom policy for a Pennsylvania school district, allowing it to go into effect.

The court's unsigned order means that students in the Boyertown district will be allowed to use the bathroom or locker room aligned with their gender identity.

As disgusting as the new rule is, I don’t see how the federal government has any jurisdiction here. It’s clearly a state matter.

This is the same Supreme Court that redistricted the state by fiat...

PA is a fustercluck... in all kinds of ways when it comes to state politics.

Women/girls are going to get absolutely hammered by the transgender insanity. Sports, privacy, all of it.

Black robed tyrants again. Hopefully the boys and girls will not stand for this foolishness. Look for many bathroom beatdowns.

Correct decision. This is not a SCOTUS issue, it is a PA issue. States right matter.

That is my take on it too. The place to take care of this nonsense is the ballot box. Keep electing “woke” nimrods who pass this kind of crap and it will continue. At the very least elect local school board officials who will challenge this idiocy.

On the bright side, maybe this will hasten the end of the government propaganda mill, wrongly called education, and parents will start taking their kids out.

Well, I can dream, at least.

PA born and raised. Been here my entire life.
The Republican party here is TERRIBLE!!!

Even when they have all 3 chambers of Gov’t, they don’t do SQUAT!!!
They even let themselves be steamrolled by our SC, and allowed them the redraw congressional districts with hardly even a raised voice! Some chatter of Impeachment of SC jurists who voted for new maps, but of course NO FOLLOW THRU !!!

PA GOP is indeed useless... They are complacent... have controlled both houses for decades and do nothing.... Just go along to get along. The governorship changes hands back and forth but the legislature they have controlled forever.

PA is effectively a one party state with 2 parties on the ballot as far as I can tell.

So if a chimp has 90% of same DNA it can use the bathroom too.

Loon logic is a comedy show.

On the upside, maybe more than 20% will start turning out for school board elections.
