Hope you and Penny are able to get out and hike this Memorial Day weekend.
We will NEVER forget the sacrifices our heroes made for us.
Good evening, Mayor, and a Blessed Lord’s Day this Memorial Day weekend to you and yours.
Work hard on the resting. How are your mixers doing?
Today we did an easy hike around a soccer field. Penny kept stopping and rolling in the grass. She LOVES doing that.
I am going to bed now, so may you have a sweet good night. :-)

Today I had little energy so not much happened today.
First mixer going out Wednesday or Thursday.
2 more in a couple weeks, then we have to finish the other two.
You have a great memory Kathy! Thank you for asking
Good evening, Janey, and Shavua Tov and a Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
Rain and fog...not a good combination.
We honor your ancestors for their sacrifice for our country.
Are you still getting more snow? We had rain today, with more coming.
He Who blessed our forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob - may He bless the fighters of the Israel Defense Force, who stand guard over our land and the cities of our G-d from the border of the Lebanon to the desert of Egypt, and from the Great Sea unto the approach of the Aravah, on the land, in the air, and on the sea.
May HASHEM cause the enemies who rise up against us to be struck down before them. May the Holy One, Blessed is He, preserve and rescue our fighting men from every trouble and distress and from every plague and illness, and may He send blessing and success in their every endeavor.
May He lead our enemies under their sway and may He grant them salvation and crown them with victory. And may there be fulfilled for them the verse: For it is Hashem, your G-d, Who goes with you to battle your enemies for you to save you.
G-d bless and keep your children safe, Alouette.
Howdy, radu! How was your day at the museum? Were there lots of Memorial Weekend visitors? Hope you had good weather for the drive.
Good night and rest well, ML. ((HUGS))
It was another fun day at the museum. A little busier than we expected because people tend to flock to the lakes when it's hot and dry. But we had a decent number of visitors.
Hubby's cousin and another guy went to Tupelo Thursday to bring back two old military wagons and they are beauties. This one was a blacksmith's wagon and has several items a blacksmith would use, like bellows and such.
The other is a second Big Red One wagon in our collection and it's huge.
Both are WWI wagons and there's one more to bring up that's even larger than these.
Did you have a good turnout at the museum? Folks just stopping by?
Any of the mixers in a cool color? d:o)
Howdy, Kathy.
Love that Decoration Day poem.
We had a decent turnout at the museum today. Nice weather plus a lot of people going out of town kept the numbers down a little.
I hope we get a good turnout Monday since we’ll be open then. Last year went well so we’re doing it again.
How was your day? Kicked back or did you have a lot of errands to run?
.....Laurence Binyon.
Good night my dear friends.
