Acting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kevin McAleenan confirmed to Congress this week that his agency is merely acting as a checkpoint for adults crossing the United States-Mexico border with children, as “100 percent” are being released into the interior of the country.

This is why we have a flood of people from the Turd World coming here... because it literally pays. Stop this insanity and spread the word, and this crap will stop.
For now, the administration should forget getting the people who are already here, and start focusing on the people coming in. They should not be released, they should get their hearings immediately and deported. When the word gets out that people are no longer be allowed in, the flood will slow way down and then with a functional congress, we can start finding and deporting the invaders who are here. Either that, or Pres. Trump needs to impose martial law and do what needs to be done. Let the press and the democrats scream, Pres. Trump has the military might to do this, and the military supports him not Pelosi.

IIRC, San Antonio is scrambling for $$$ as ANOTHER 5,000 were being released there. I guess 130 miles from Mexico is considered the “interior” of the United States.

In any healthy for-profit operation, the insanity at our borders would cease immediately or very soon thereafter subject to logistics.
What we apparently have now are open borders facilitating a soft invasion while the government, including Trump, sworn to defend our borders and protect us from invasion are taking their sweet GD time.
The only illegal entrant who can claim asylum should be from a location presently well-known for humanitarian violations. The rest should be turned on a dime and Mexico should be slammed for allowing the traffic across its country.
I don’t know, but I think he’s going to have problems in 2020. He was elected primarily to deal with immigration - and if anything this problem is WORSE.
The economic recovery (where it occurs) is nice, but if they’re just creating more service-type jobs for braceros coming in then what is the point?
