President Trump is expected to appoint former Virginia attorney general Ken Cuccinelli to be the next director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Cuccinelli, regarded as an immigration hard-liner, would oversee the country’s lawful immigration system, including the citizenship processing and asylum claims. The move to replace Director Lee Francis Cissna comes after pressure from the White House for Cissna to step down, according to the New York Times.

Ken opposed Trump, but I like him otherwise. He’s tough and would have beat McAuliffe in Virginia but the Gop wouldn’t back him, imo.

The list goes like this -
1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population)
7) demonstrate English proficiency to acquire citizenship and pass civics test.
Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to self-deport.
Where does Cuchinelli stand with the above?
Did Cissna get fired for not going after sponsors of ‘refugees’ and ‘immigrants’ for their charges on welfare?
This is horrible. Cuccinelli was a NeverTrumper and will be all talk and action.
Kobach was the only person right for the job.

Cuccinelli is a known NeverTrumper and should not be trusted to implement all of the necessary actions that must be taken.
I also concur that a loyal Trumpster like Kobach would be a much preferred choice to tackle the myriad issues regarding our crisis at the border.
GOOD if GOP would not back him he is exactly who we want!!! If he has to go through confirmation though GOP probably won’t back him again!!!
You have to remember that Levin was a RABID NEVER TRUMPER and he is now probably one of his most loyal backers and very vocal in backing of him!!! SOME of the NEVER TRUMPERS have come to realize that he is truly conservative and have become Trump backers!!! Cuccinelli is definitely not a RINO and perhaps has changed his mind after seeing Trumps policies followed through on!!!
