If it's gambling over/under they say always take the over for murders in Chicago and Detroit.

We decided to skip Chicago for vacation this year. Too much gun violence . . going to Montana instead!

How crazy is this. A black mayor of Chicago, anticipates and expects black youth to celebrate a holiday weekend with violence.
They expect violence to occur.
Just saying, if you or I say that we fear violence among black youth, we are condemned as racist. But a city taking action such as she is, she is praised as being pro-active and forward looking.
