Probably 2 out of 3 and maybe all 3.

Shocked the San Jose police are back to enforcing the law. They took a vacation when candidate Trump was in town.

“Possession of vandalism tools”?

Yep. My wife turned me in for that after I tried to install a new kitchen faucet.

Vandalization of war memorials is unfortunately not uncommon. This particular memorial was vandalized extensively in 2010.

Still not vandalized:

I’m in favor of bringing back the Whipping Post for such crimes.

Some laws are written in such a way that common tools can be considered “illegal” burglar tools, if used in a burglary. The common crow bar is a fine example. Legal until used in a crime.

Probably the same for “vandalism tools”.

I wish our Baltimore police and authorities had ever arrested any of the many thugs who went on a vandalism spree in the summer of monument-desecrating. We had many, many monuments painted over that were great patrioitc monuments, but then, the mayor also tore some down, so who really expected any arrests?

The City of San Jose spent $400,000.00 of taxpayer money for that graven image of an Aztec god.
