Sixty-four percent (64%) of voters believe the FBI knew a controversial dossier was unreliable when they used it to obtain a search warrant against President Trumps 2016 campaign. A ScottRasmussen.com national survey found that skepticism is shared by 86% of Republicans, 64% of Independents, and 47% of Democrats (see crosstab results).
Forty-nine percent (49%) favor having the Department of Justice investigate whether the FBI illegally spied on the Trump campaign. Twenty-nine percent (29%) are opposed and 22% are not sure. Support for an investigation comes from 64% of Republicans, 52% of Independents, and 34% of Democrats.
Just 34% of voters know that the compilation of the dossier was paid for by Hillary Clintons presidential campaign.
Thirty-five percent (35%) of voters believe the FBI illegally spied on the Trump campaign while 33% say it did not. Thirty-two percent (32%) are not sure. The number who are confident the FBI did not spy illegally has fallen six points in recent weeks.

Is this going to come to a head, or are we going to be perpetually frustrated by the lack of the laws of our nation being applied?
The latter.
“Is this going to come to a head, or are we going to be perpetually frustrated by the lack of the laws of our nation being applied?”
So the public is beginning to notice, in spite of the palace guard media. So what? What are you going to do, punks?
That is how the political class sees this all. On one side you have the media, all of the Dems, half of the Repubs, and a solid 25-40% of the public. Unfortunately, the constitution is a mere suggestion, and the political class has no incentive to do the countries business.
You know what it will take to give them incentive.
“Sixty-four percent (64%) of voters believe the FBI knew a controversial dossier was unreliable when they used it to obtain a search warrant against President Trumps 2016 campaign.”
“But only 49% think it should be investigated....go figure.
Just 34% of voters know that the compilation of the dossier was paid for by Hillary Clintons presidential campaign.”
2/3rds of this country are living under a rock.
Wouldn’t argue...
Pretty much...
Special counsel Rudy, Sekulo, or such.
DOJ was in on the scam and cannot investigate this. And the FBI was not duped and it wasn’t “unreliable”. It was created by the coup leaders at DOJ/Clinton HQ/CIA/FBI.
It wasn’t some product they obtained and were trying to vet.
Good point
And with no Dossier, there is no “russia collusion” investigation, Robert Muller, or $28 million dollars spent.
The fact of 64% is a devastating number for the democrats. Most of the time most people do not pay attention but go and vote. 64% of likely voters are paying attention. Democrats should be afraid, very afraid.
Still, no Coup Leaders hauled away in handcuffs. And every day the dems come up with another bogus story. I’m really embarrassed to think we don’t have a better choice than the establishment Republican Party.
...and the remaining 36% KNOW that the FBI knew it!

Sixty-four percent (64%) of voters believe the FBI knew a controversial dossier was unreliable when they used it to obtain a search warrant against President Trumps 2016 campaign...and the remaining 36%
