A Manhattan federal judge has denied a bid by President Donald Trump and his companies to block congressional subpoenas on two banks to obtain years worth of financial records.
The ruling Wednesday by District Judge Edgardo Ramos in Manhattan federal court to deny injunctions on Deutsche Bank and Capital One, which have done business with Trump and his businesses, and which received subpoenas from two House of Representatives committees, is the latest setback for efforts by Trump lawyers to prevent exposure of his financial records.
The ruling comes just days after a federal judge in Washington, DC, found that Trump can’t stop Mazars, Trump’s accounting firm, from complying with another congressional subpoena for Trump’s financial records. His lawyers are appealing that ruling.

A crime must be suspected, listed, named, and specifically described.

For a search warrant, yes. For a Congressional subpoena, no.
Moral people don't stand for this stuff. You can't have a country with this corrupt of a political system and/or a large depraved segment of the population that supports it. I would have said the same thing if it was happening to Obama.
Way past time to impeach leftist judges and charge them with insurrection. Too bad we don’t have a congress willing to do its job. Since the gutless US Congress refuses to do its job, the task to take care of traitor judges falls upon the freeman citizenry.
The problem with that notion is that impeachment proceedings would have to begin in the House.
We are the ones that don’t realize this is a war.

Good point, but to carry on as Congress has/is, it really does defy the logic of the general rights of man principles.
This being the president, it really amounts to nothing less than a full court press to hobble him by attacking him relentlessly without real cause.

They Senate Finance Committee needs to subpoena 8 years of tax returns of every member in the house.
