Attorney General William P. Barr on Thursday railed against federal courts issuing nationwide injunctions blocking President Trump from implementing his policies, saying they wield “unprecedented power.”
In a speech before the American Law Institute, Mr. Barr said such injunctions block politicians of all stripes from enacting the voters’ will.
“One judge can, in effect, cancel the policy with the stroke of the pen,” he said. “No official in the United States government can exercise that kind of nationwide power, with the sole exception of the president

Well is right. One district judge can veto the president and congress for that matter.
Maybe there should be a law that says if a district judge is overruled nine times in the course of their tenure, they are automatically impeached and removed from the bench.
The AG may be a fellow traveler in the Swamp with these Deep Staters, but now they’ve riled him up, first with the contempt charge in Congress, and then crooked federal judges gumming up the works against the president. Bad move by the RATs. I think AG Barr wants to get these fools as much as the president does!

This is my official Mea Culpa. I had feared Mr. Barr too much of a swamp denizen. It is becoming increasingly clear that no matter what else he may be, he is in fact a Great American.

AG Barr, don’t fall into the trap. Less talk, more action. Of course what’s been going on is insane. So why haven’t their been law suits against rogue judges with their political agenda? The Supreme Court should put an end to this. The way it is now, since President Trump took office, our vote has been nullified by an out-of-control Judicial system.
These judges need to be removed by any means necessary.

9 times? I’ll give them 1 and they have to go stand before the USSC to explain their constitutional reasoning for their decision. If they don’t convince the court, then they are removed. They would be required to explain why president “A” was allowed to do something and why president “B” isn’t based upon their judgement.

Get back to only having their rulings affect their actual jurisdictions. Its actually unconstitutional, its a massive judicial overreach no one has stepped in to reign in.
The 9th circuit does not have jurisdiction over the entire usa.
SCOTUS has managed to hallucinate right to abortion and homosexual marriage. The lower courts are pretty much just following the lead, none of these hallucinations starts at the top, they are simply endorsed by the top.
Sounds like someone heard Justice Thomas on this issue. Thomas is itching to write a majority opinion on this. I hope Barr is as good on immigration as he is on everything else.
