A Michigan Republican and member of the House Freedom Caucus broke with his party Saturday in a rare series of tweetes accusing President Trump of "impeachable conduct."
Rep. Justin Amash (R-Mich.) tweeted Saturday that the president's actions to potentially obstruct the now-shuttered special counsel investigation warranted impeachment by the House, and accused Attorney General William Barr of "deliberately misrepresenting" Robert Mueller's report of the investigation's findings.
"Here are my principal conclusions: 1. Attorney General Barr has deliberately misrepresented Mueller’s report. 2. President Trump has engaged in impeachable conduct. 3. Partisanship has eroded our system of checks and balances. 4. Few members of Congress have read the report," Amash wrote Saturday afternoon.
"Mueller’s report reveals that President Trump engaged in specific actions and a pattern of behavior that meet the threshold for impeachment," the Michigan Republican continued. "Mueller’s report identifies multiple examples of conduct satisfying all the elements of obstruction of justice, and undoubtedly any person who is not the president of the United States would be indicted based on such evidence."

It hasn't escaped the notice of anyone who is involved in national politics that over the last two years, Democrat Federal judges have been making laws and conducting executive branch functions as part of a highly partisan "Resistance".
Let's use The Simple Test:
Justin Hogwash is OK with Democrats being appointed as judges to the Federal courts, because he proposes giving cover to partisan US House Democrats to impeach President Trump, thus regaining the ability to appoint Federal judges for the Democrat Party.
If you're OK with a Democrat being appointed as a judge to the Federal courts, you're a Democrat.
Justin Hogwash is a Democrat.

After watching Democrat Federal judges make laws and conduct executive branch functions for the last two years, Amash would have gotten his mind right about Democrat Federal judges if he was truly a Republican or a conservative or a Tea Party politician.
I must conclude he's a closeted Democrat.
