By the time indictment for these two get around to it much of the evidence will have been destroyed. That is why some of us are so damn tired of delays, talk talk talk and no jail.

America USED to have a DOJ.
But now we have Judicial Watch.

Well Hillary Clinton did the same thing.
With e-mails sent from Obama’s account.
So, if it’s bad for Nellie, why isn’t it bad for Hillary?
Is there some difference between these two that I should be aware of?

Doesn’t matter what Nellie does to delete these from “her personal account” because the Agency’s servers, and Bruce’s .pst file and personal folder are backed up on a separate server from his log on terminal and thus they are held for compliance with records keeping regulations and statutes. Nellie is dumb and Bruce is even dumber if they believe simply deleting them will do the trick. Additionally, the metadata on the government Exchange Server has hidden copies of all correspondence. This is how we would catch the dumbass’s at the Department of State when Diplomatic Service and Information Management directed us to capture or remove communications completely.

In related news, Nellie Ohr is HOT. She is on the right, I think.

Unlike HRC, Nellie Orr was a private citizen, not working for the government, and not required by FOIA to preserve her government records.
On the point of deleting e-mails, Nellie Orr violated no law.
HRC, OTOH -- should hang for her damage to national security!
