In Florida, it’s 50-50 that 1 million felons will get their voting rights restored for the 2020 election.
Last I heard, the felon voting rights amendment was being reviewed by the Florida Supreme Court.
I will speculate it eventually ends up in the U.S. Supreme Court before election day.
