The U.S. attorney appointed to examine the origins of the Russia investigation has been working on his review “for weeks,” a person familiar with the process told Fox News on Tuesday, to probe "all intelligence collection activities" related to the Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential election.

Durham was on the case of the corrupt FBI agents in Boston who were protecting Whitey Bulger, so he has experience going after corrupt law enforcement agents.
FBI Director Wray and DNI Dan Coats are dirty.
I don’t think Durham is going to tarnish his reputation by doing a sham investigation. He has proven his willingness to prosecute corrupt FBI agents. Why stop now.
Mueller has been a long-time friend of Barr, but I have to believe that relationship has changed. Appointing Durham to handle this case takes Barr out of the picture as to Mueller’s criminal conduct. Barr will not protect Mueller, and the close friendship between their wives will not be a factor.
This is why the unmasking must be done now and by someone else. It is a prima facia case.
I respectfully disagree. If there is no punishment, then this sorry episode will be repeated.
The perpetrators don't have to be sent to a maximum security prison. They can rake sand traps at the Eglin AFG golf course.
Then, after Clinton was elected President in 1992, Janet Reno became AG and appointed John Durham US Attorney to investigate the Boston FBI scandal. Durham exposed it and, in the process, exonerated those four men, even though he knew what Mueller had done.
If Barr were out to cover up this present scandal he'd not have appointed Durham the lead counsel to investigate it in light of Durham's role in the Boston FBI scandal, IMHO.
I have a gut feeling that his attorney has now told him to shut up. Why?? Because he's going after peoples reputations to make himself look good.
Saint James exceeded his authority when he deemed Hillary as innocent as a babe....and leaked to the press...and I'm pretty sure he's lying through his teeth when he says the FBI wasn't spying.
He can check with Brennan on "spying and lying".
If anyone should go to prison is should be Weissman and Strozk.
His report is expected as soon as December 2020.

Lets hope he doesn’t take a late night walk through Ft Marcy Park or down a deserted street in DC at a weird time of night or is the victim of a home invasion or shoots himself 2x in the back of the head or gets in any helicopters or takes a plane ride on the way to some isolated place where rescue would be difficult or has his car explode for no reason like they do in the movies-but don’t in real life, or overdose on drugs he’s never taken in his entire life, etc etc etc..
Lets hope that he isn’t a “low profile member of the Deep State” that has been able to conceal his true intentions and take care of his buddies.

This is the part of this fiasco that is often overlooked. Christoper Steele and MI-6 are in this up to their necks, doing the dirty international espionage work the CIA could not,to fabricate the Steele report in a format and on stationary that is characteristic of genuine intelligence documents.

I agree with a lot of what you said but the above is laughable. I know too many Democrats and they believe whatever their party does is good for the people. NO MATTER WHAT they say or do. It is that sad.
