Hans von Spakovsky, senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, asked why the FBI is not investigating the financial relationship between Hunter Biden, Joe Bidens second son, and the government of China.
Von Spakovsky offered his remarks on Fridays edition of SiriusXMs Breitbart News Tonight with host Rebecca Mansour and special guest host Rick Manning.
Mansour noted how President Donald Trumps lawyer Rudy Giuliani had planned to visit Ukraine to gather facts about Joe Bidens involvement in the firing of a Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating a company his son worked for.
Why is it that Rudy Giuliani is doing that instead of the FBI? asked von Skaovsky, and why isnt the FBI also looking into the fact that Bidens son has been reported to have gotten huge contracts with the Chinese government in an area he had absolutely no experience in after he went with his father on a trade delegation trip to China?
Von Spakovsky highlighted the billion-dollar deal struck between the Bank of China a state-owned entity and a private equity firm founded and operated by Hunter Biden. If similar things had happened with a Republican vice president and his son, we would be seeing screaming headlines about this for weeks on end in the Washington Post and New York Times and elsewhere.
Von Spakovsky noted the FBIs ostensible investigation of Russian collusion related to Trump via the Robert Mueller-led operation while ignoring possible foreign influence and corruption related to the Bidens.

Best election campaign season eva...2020
Probably should be looking into the mischief we created in the Ukraine. Regime change and all that.
Crooked collusionary spawn of a dem serial sexual abuser and the DOJ is looking the other way? Quell suprise.
The DOJ certainly can prosecute him as a private citizen; as long as he broke federal laws.
Rudy may have been pulled back by the AG to avoid stepping on DOJ investigators.
George Soros owns Ukraine.

Whoa are they dirty!
Yeah. He also owns our pols. Isn't it something that he's never been thrown in jail?
If congress only knew about the $47.60 deal I made last week.
I walked away with 15 bucks.
Wray failed. The reputation of the FBI is a joke. They are a laughing stock.
Their reputation is dependent upon confidence that they are administering justice fairly. There is no such confidence and can be none so long as they are concerned about their reputation rather than justice (e.g. just doing the right thing).
lamented the pattern of executive government bureaucrats prioritizing the welfare of their respective agencies over all other considerations
That is what the Senior Executive Service was created to do.
Thats a real problem all the time in Washington, with people getting appointed into positions who are basically captured by their agencies, thinking that they need to protect their agencies at all costs.
Uh that's because you keep appointing swamp rats to these jobs. They don't know how to do anything differently. They merely occupy front seat in the agency ride through the house of horrors, close their eyes and hang on for dear life, hoping the ride ends before they get thrown off.
Barr is not captured by his agency. It isn't inevitable.
“George Soros owns Ukraine”
When is someone going to Michael Corleone all these rich globalist hacks who make their money off of destroying people and institutions for their own profit?
The FBI? Pffft!! Zero confidence.
FBI Investigate? They can’t find their butt with both hands.
Wray has been a fail.
Maybe once the FBI has been completely purged of miscreants that will be on its agenda.
Democrats colluding with China, China, China!! This is NOT WHO WE ARE!!
If nothing else, it made headlines and people who were unaware went “huh?” It was surprising the number of (D) elected idiots that started screeching “collusion!!” and “election tampering”.
