Judge Napolitano's opinion assumes that the contempt citation was made in good faith by honest politicians. Napolitano clearly has an axe to grind. The MSM and the public were demanding to know what Muelller had written in his Report well before it could be properly redacted and released.

Barr gave them what they wanted. Did he capture the evil intent of the Mueller Team desperate but failed attempt to discover President Trump crimes? I guess he didn’t. Too bad for the Dems. But it isn’t criminal. Barr wasn’t after “tone”, he was after facts.
