Actually the hat says " Make America Healthy Again" - my previous translation was in error - it's been a while since I studied Russian.

"Free" would have been свободно and "great" would have been Великий.

It's been a while since I studied it as well (if you can call my efforts 'studying'—my grades didn't reflect much studying). I used Google Translate and when I did, I too got Великий. So I then entered "здорово" which is the third word on the hat and Google came up with "great". Don't know who he consulted when he had his hat made up—his being so clever and all.

The funny part is that if this idiot wore that hat in public, he'd be running the same risk of all of us wearing MAGA hats; some Antifa swine could run up and attack him for wearing it.

As an aside, while I was serving as an arms control inspector in Russia, the Russian members of my team gave me a ballcap as a gift when it was time for me to leave. It had writing on the front that spelled out "старпер" which everyone thought was funny. It's short for "Старий Пердун" which means "Old Fart".
