Karl Rove has more guts than a third-story thief or a high-rise cat burglar. My contempt for Rove is equal to my contempt for both Obamas. Rove and the Republican organizations are lying to us when they claim to be raising money to help President Trump.
They are using President Trump to raise money they will use to elect candidates committed to working against the president.

Never ever give money to committees. Give your time and hard earned dollars directly to candidates you support. Once that money leaves your hands any control you had over it is gone.

According to a friend of mine who works for the Trump organization said the RNC is full of Bush people. He said he is worried about 2020 because of the RNC and NeverTrumpers who work there. Who is the Chair? Romney’s neice!
If Rove even had a clue what he was doing, McCain would have been thrown out 15 years ago.

Right after the Mueller report came out, Rove was on FOX. The person interviewing him asked him about investigating the origins of the Russia Hoax. Rove took a very big gulp, said Trump should be pleased with the report, and just move on. I saw the same reaction later when McConnell was asked that same question. Both looked and acted guilty. They know that any real investigation would reveal that there were a lot of Republicans, themselves included probably, who was involved up to their eyeballs in promoting and spreading the hoax. Rove and McConnell hate Trump as much as Pelousy and Scummier do, and they would like to see him ousted from power one way or the other.
