Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Monday that Sen. Cory Booker was wrong to claim that President Trump is incorrectly taking credit for an economic boom started by former President Barack Obama.

Gingrich, R-Ga., said on “America’s Newsroom” that Booker “keeps repeating rhetoric that’s false,” adding that “anybody who’s serious knows that none of [the recovery] had anything to do with Barack Obama.”
He said Trump has bested Obama-era GDP growth numbers every quarter since taking office, and that American manufacturing and wage growth has increased “dramatically.”

Obama is like a guy who could not open a jar for 8 years, and when Trump does it he says “I loosened it for you”
The democrats lost the chance to claim credit for Trump’s economy when they told the world that faster than 1% growth was impossible for anyone to achieve and that the economy was going to tank as soon as Trump took office.

It is telling that all they have to counter the President is irrational screams about AG Barr and foolish credit claims for an economic boom which Obama said required a magic wand.
Everyone whose life is affected by the economy and everyone who knows anything about business knows full-well that this is Trump's economy.
The Democrats are like little boys wearing make believe military uniforms trying to march alongside the troops in a Veterans' Day parade.
Under Obama, I was laid off twice. Never before in 20+ years of IT work was I laid off. Those layoffs cost me my retirement.
I have now been working for 2 years and at a higher wage, and we are looking to expand. Go figure.

There is a certain symbiotic relationship between Democrats and the “conservative” punditry class that is blindingly maddening. The Democrats say ridiculous crap like “the moon is made of green cheese,” which on its face is a stupid statement not worthy of a response. The “conservative” pundit who makes a living being a “conservative” pundit feels compelled to respond in order to justify continued employment on Faux News or National Review Online. By doing so they immediately hand the Democrat moron some level of respect where none is warranted; and they put themselves on the defensive. This makes them losers to at least half of those they are trying to impress. The cycle then continues. They never acknowledge they are trying to play chess with a pigeon.
