Wouldn’t it just take one Trump voter to take the state to court, say he/she was being disenfranchised and prevented from voting as he/she wanted, accuse the state of ballot tampering or some such thing, and get the brakes put on this whole thing?

California is a one party state. They want to make the nation a one party country.

There isn’t a Dem politician in my state who isn’t a crook. Start with Newsome and work your way down. 7 more years until I retire then IGTF out of this once great state they’ve turned into a shithole. Maybe CW2 will before then and we can clean it up.

No, this only involves the primary ballot. They want another (R) to win Cali’s primary.
One party rule has worked so well for California.
If they get their way, the Californians won’t have a place to run to. Maybe that is their goal. Californicate the country, then their residents can’t go anywhere and they won’t leave with their tax dollars.

How specifically? Parties can set requirements to be on their ballot, states conduct election. I would like to think courts would stop this but not very confident in that since we are talking about Trump.
