It’s really been every election since 1996 (Newsom was only a political hack of Willie Brown’s then, serving on the SF Parking and Traffic Commission) that has been highly questionable.

1994 was the last time Republicans could claim to be competitive, and that was also the very last time they were permitted to “defeat” a federal Democrat. Not in all of the hundreds of races since has a GOP challenger beaten a Congressmember, EVERY defeat has been by a Democrat, and it was split 26R-26D going into the 1996 elections to a now 46D-7R. The statistical probability of that happening is not only ludicrously high, it can only be done by voter fraud.

I’ve said it many times, I don’t trust a single solitary election return coming out of that state, period. And it ain’t necessarily who is doing the voting, per se, it’s who is doing the counting. Add to that this equally fraudulent “top two vote getters” which miraculously seem to keep out Republicans in many offices, this is disenfranchisement across the board.

“We moved from southern cal to a small town near the air force academy here in beautiful colorado...”

Congratulations, you’ve moved from one liberal dump to another.

“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

ARTICLE II, SECTION 1, CLAUSE 5

Don’t see anywhere here anything about tax returns.

Even if it is not found unconstitutional there are work arounds.

My Campaign: “Hi, I’m Roger Riggs. Vote for me and I will throw all my delegates to Trump on the first ballot.”

The pols in CA are so stupid.

“Except that if their plan stands, that could set a precedent, and that would NOT be good.”

Absolutely true, so that’s the reason that this needs to be nipped in the bud by whatever means necessary. The level of lawlessness being practiced in the Blue States needs to be brought to an end.

Primaries aren’t federal elections per se. The GOP could decide to have a convention instead and bypass a primary altogether.

Do you remember when Republican legislatures tried to impose term limits by barring candidates who had served a specified number of years in Congress from the ballot? I believe the courts ruled it out on the grounds that states cannot impose additional qualifications for Federal offices.

Hi.

The House of Representatives seats all the electors. If Republicans decide to object, the democrats don’t have a 2/3rds majority to override.

Goes to the Senate.

Blue states beware, the majority of the American people will hold all of you accountable.

And the media too.

This is totally illegal. Does anyone know what 18 USC; sec. 242 is? Since the president's rights or right is deprived under the color of law, the President had damned better move to declare California an outlaw state and put it under federal receivership. The title 18,US criminaol code is clear on this point.

And California should be sued, also. Donald Trump, Jr. may have the same suit against AOC if she carries out her threats against him.
