They are just closing stores that are not making any money.

Apples and oranges. CVS sells products to improve your health and tobacco causes health problems. Not only that, smoking is nasty, filthy and disgusting.

Surprised they didn’t get one here. There’s a standalone CVS across the street from a Target with a CVS inside. There’s rarely any traffic in the stand-alone location.

I go there often for their great prices on greeting cards

Most 50 cents, a few $1 at Dollar General. Can they beat that?

They own Aetna, so they are out of network for Blue Cross.

The one closing in New Mexico is on the corner of Central and Louisiana, across from the fairgrounds.

That area now euphemistically known as the “International Zone” is what the locals call the “War Zone.” Crime is high with panhandlers and the homeless, plus lots of domestic violence and killings. Interesting that the store is being closed as the Dem Mayor is opening the fairgrounds to lots of illegals as there is no room down in El Paso (Santa Fe, a “sanctuary city” says they’re not welcome there).

We have two.

Whenever I’m in, I’m usually the only customer in the place. I don’t see how they stay open.............
