All foreigners out of Venezuela.
Cubans back to Cuba.
Russians back to Russia.
Every foreigner not at an airport in 48 hours should be labeled a War Criminal.

And its not just that gun ownership isnt open to everybody, its that its not open at all. The Hugo Chavez regime banned private gun ownership in 2012 after a rapid rise in gun violence, mainly in Caracas. The ostensible reason for the ban was to respond to public outrage over the increased crime, but eventually the regime would have found a way to ban people from possessing firearms, with this very day in mind. Two quotes in order here:
1- This and no other is the root from which a tyrant springs; when he first appears he is a protector.- Plato
2- Ideas are far more powerful than guns. We don't let our people have guns. Why should we let them have ideas? - Josef Stalin

Law-abiding citizens, either in Venezuela or the US, don't need guns....
....until they do.
It's too late after the politicians take them away from you. That's when you'll need them the most.

So if the military have the guns, they have the power and as long as Nicolás Maduro controls the military, he controls the country. MSDNC. They are blind as to what that statement indicates as they are supporting Maduro, the socialist.

People in the US scoff at this argument from gun-rights advocates, mainly because were not Venezuela and the threat here is entirely theoretical. Less theoretical than Global Warming. 20 democrats running for office with each one trying to be more socialist than the next scares the theoretical bejebus out of me.

And its not just that gun ownership isnt open to everybody, its that its not open at all. And its not just that gun ownership isnt open to everybody, it's that everybody must have access to the same guns that the military has.
This was clearly laid out in the Federalist Papers.
