Last week, Justice Francesca Marzari of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Canada, declared a father guilty of family violence against his 14-year-old daughter on the sole basis that he had engaged in expressions of rejection of [her] gender identity. These expressions revolved entirely around his polite refusal to refer to his daughter as a boy in private, and his steady choice to affirm that she is a girl in public.
As previously reported, the BC Supreme Court ordered in February that 14-year-old Maxine* receive testosterone injections without parental consent. Accordingly, Maxine began regular injections at British Columbia (BC) Childrens Hospital over the course of the last two months.
Her father, Clark*, strongly objects to this treatment and immediately sought to reverse the decision in the BC Court of Appeal. Hoping to raise awareness of his case, Clark gave a number of interviews to media outlets, including The Federalist. In these interviews, he repeatedly referred to his daughter as a girl, stating to The Federalist that she is a girl. Her DNA will not change through all these experiments that they do.
While many might take this to be an honest statement of biological fact, Marzari quoted it as a prime example of Clarks family violence of a public denial of [Maxines] gender identity. Marzari convicted Clark of this violence, and issued a protection order preventing him from speaking to journalists or the public about his case.

Crazy.
“Violence” for a parent to object to unauthorized experiments on their child and for saying so?! And “found guilty”, what does that mean? I’m sure he readily admits he objected, wants it stopped immediately. Isn’t that his right as a parent? Guilty as charged. Good for him, bad for society, bad for Canada, and really sad for the kid that is not getting necessary parental, family, and professional help to deal with her confused mental state. She is female, needs to deal with it.
I am afraid what comes NEXT
Canada; figures. The UK and other EU countries have the same ongoing stupidity, and pretty soon, “thought crimes” will be introduced.
“he repeatedly referred to his daughter as a girl”
OMG, how horrible! Give this guy the chair!
This is truly child abuse. Bring on CWII!
Soon?
Where the hell have you been.
“Spoken” is ongoing; “thought” isn’t yet.
There is NO such thing as trans..these kids are being brainwashed by their sick parents to believe what they want them to be..its CHILD ABUSE..God Bless this father for at least trying to save his child’s life, give it a few years before she offs herself
BTW, if the hospital wants to give the kid testosterone injections against the parents wishes let them pay to raise the kid.
This is probably only the beginning of overt Christian persecution in this nation.
It’s going to get a lot worse folks.
I did realize that was in British Columbia, so I should have addressed it as something headed for our nation, not already here.
Our kids are being set up for it in our schools today.
Who, in their right mind, would want to have a child in Canada? Of course, thats the whole purpose, to replace the citizens of Canada.
Way past time for revolt.
“The sickness continues.”
No the sickness will continue to grow, metastasize then kill the host (western culture).
The get around both now with regulation and liberal and governmental platforms censoring speech they dont like.
And they call US Nazis................
We need to grant that father asylum, even if he sneaks across the border (hopefully with our help), and make him exhibit 1 for what the Democrats have in store for normal people in the USA.
Ties into the current forms of slavery.
Brings to mind a new wonderment of the current prevailing trends of identity politics and anti-christian sentiment in the present day. Is slavery coming back in a new forms???
