Shoes and debris litter the steps of St. Sebastian church as residents reveal shock of attack
When the first wave of blasts rocked St. Sebastian Church on Easter Sunday, more than 1,000 people had gathered to celebrate the holiest day in the Christian calendar. As details start to emerge and the investigation gets underway, residents reveal their shock at being targeted.
No one in this small, close knit Christian community had any reason to expect they might be attacked, or even experienced much hostility ahead of the bombing. Minuri, 26, said she was outside the church when the explosion occurred and saw glass and other debris outside the church. We saw people being carried out, the injured, she said. We all knew the people who had died, everyone in the community.

There were 49 killed in NZ, which resulted in more gun control. I certainly hope they introduce some common sense regulations on pipe bombs and suicide vests in Sri Lanka.
Although not a marauding Christian, you would see the same response as was seen in the Christchurch shooting. The world is up side down.

No fan of CNN but at least this report mentions the name of and religious association of the church and the effect it has had . When most other reports are just naming geographic locations even avoiding any Catholic connection because of glowbull position taken by Pope Francis.
Maybe Trump purposefully mistweeted 138 million dead from the attacks so that the press would report his ignorance instead of the fact.
