“Roberts’” Judges are insufferable.
Perfect dump them all in California!
I am sure they would have ruled the same way for sanctuary cities for escaping federal rules for gun control, environmental laws, affirmative action, gay marriage and letting men pee in women’s bathrooms...
OK. Thats the expected bad news.
The good news for the people of Yuma and El Paso and elsewhere is that there are still welcoming cities up north where the Dems beloved immigrants can find safety and protection.
But a word of warning for those lucky immigrants who end up in San Francisco: DO NOT FAIL TO CHECK THE BOTTOMS OF YOUR SHOES AT LEAST HOURLY.
USSC up next.
Time to get back to appointing more judges. This “recess” crap has to stop.
OK, that does it. Send all the illegals to sanctuary cities President Trump. Don’t just say it, do it.

Remember when we were silly enough to actually respect judges and the law?
This will not end well.
Would someone please let me know when the shooting war starts, I don’t want to miss it.
If Ruth Buzzi Ginsburg dies while Trump is President, I fully expect some Obama appointed district judge in California or Hawaii to enter an injunction against Trump nominating anyone to fill her seat.
Just drop all the illegals off in sanctuary cities/states. Problem solved.
Great! Ship all illegals to Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Send them all the illegals even to the neighborhood where these judges live.
There are now counties and towns that have voted to be 2nd Amendment Sanctuary areas...so now it will get interesting. Judges keep upholding the sanctuary for illegals so how will they say an area can not be a sanctuary for the 2nd Amendment?
So when Arizona tried to actually enforce federal law, they were smacked down by the courts. Now suddenly the locals can contradict federal law. We no longer live in a society ruled by law. Only by politics.
That makes it appropriate to send illegals there, doesn’t it? The judge is as smart as a sack of hammers.
Fascinating - they ruled that state laws supersede federal laws.
Ergo - state slavery is retroactively legal.
I swear - do these judges actually study history or law?
Break up the 9th...
