If a statue of moo-ham-ed was decapitated (if there was one...), it would be called an islamophobic hate crime. So why isn’t this called a Christophobic hate crime?
Prior to ND, there were over 850 attacks against churches in France.
How long will the French take such acts of Hate?

On Thursday the UK Daily Mail ran with the story it was caused by an “electrical short-circuit”. On Good Friday they changed to a “computer malfunction”. Whatever the cause, I smell journalistic BS.
I’m guessing that Global Warming weakened the neck of the statue, and the head just fell off.
Texas is a good venue for this because state residents are permitted by law to shoot violent trespassers with no mewling "duty to retreat." The statue can be entitled "Vermin Flypaper" or "Mooselimb Bait." Finding a talented sculptor willing to do the job might be a bit tricky -- so many artists seem to be far leftists -- but anonymity and a pile of cash should take care of that problem.
