Gov. Phil Murphy didn’t mince his words.

President Donald Trump wants to “screw” Democratic-heavy states like New Jersey, he’s been downright “unAmerican” in the way he’s attacked a Muslim lawmaker and he’s handed racists a “permission slip" to assail minorities in this country.

Obama did the same thing with states he didn’t like, such as Texas. Notice any space shuttles at the Johnson Space Center? When he ended the program, he gave one to California and one to New York.

NJ hasn’t gone purple since Bush 2004——the 9/11 effect gave Bush a larger share of the vote in NY, NJ, CT, and PA—but not enough to win those states.

The only way NJ Republicans can win is statewide-—governor.

NJ governor is the most powerful governorship in America.

NJ doesn’t elect their AG, Treasurer, etc. The governor nominates them-and the State Senate nominates them—like the U.S. President.
