On appeal, the ninth circuit struck down the judge’s ruling. Those awaiting asylum hearings must now wait in mexico.
The entire ruckuss over shipping those released to sanctuaries now seems to be moot. The asylum seekers must now wait in Mexico. None need be shipped to sanctuaries.
Give them shoot to kill orders.....and this shit will stop real fast.....the same order for news media folks.

I re-read the Newsweak article. It says the troops would be involved in intelligence gathering, logistical support, and support of the broader “border mission.” To my surprise, it referenced a memo permitting troops to use a show of force (or lethal force if necessary). Wow. If US troops fired on Illegal Invaders, I wonder if Congress (including Republicans) would initiate Impeachment proceedings. The “international community” would go nuts.

You're behind the curve. Do some research. Actual bollard walls have replaced old barriers and new ones are being built every day. March included many new contracts for NEW wall construction in priority areas.
I've also read that the latest gathering caravans heading towards Mexico's southern border are slowing down and decreasing in size due to Pres. Trump's threat of cutting of remittances to Mexico.
There's only so much he can do from the Executive Branch without realistic funding from the Socialist House of Representatives. So far, he had done more than any other President on this issue since I have been involved during 80's (living 2 miles from Tijuana).
People forget we did go to war with Mexico (Mexican-American War). Our troops went as far as Mexico City. America and Mexico signed a peace treaty, and as usual, we gave them their country back like we did with Germany, Japan, and Italy in WWII.
Use to be when a country/regional enemy lost, the winner claimed that as new territory (spoils of war). Being the good guys and trying to set an example, we always give them back their sovereignty. I tired of spending blood and treasure with no gain. We should own Iraq and even Aftganiscrap right now.
Aside from the cluster-f&ck Viet Nam (which we were winning if not for the hippies and Walter Cronkike), think of the nations we could have incorporated into USA territories and use their resources for their good and ours. Next nation that attacks us and we win, we should f&ckig own them. And no, I don't say attack for sake of imperialism, like Russia does to this day and China's expansionism.

Moreover, our troops are not going to be laying land mines or firing on the Illegal Invaders. Trump and our military would be international pariahs and Trump would be charged and convicted in the Hague as a war criminal.

That accomplishes some wonderful things. It forces the thoroughly criminal Mexican government to keep and deal with the gaggle of undersirables they are set up to shunt here.
We have long been a giant safety valve. We gleefully absorb the parts of the Mexican population that the government doesn’t want and can’t afford.
At the same time, Mexico relies heavily on remittances coming back from the illegals we allow ourselves to get stuck with. These people send $28 BILLION to Mexico every year. Yeah, that’s “billion”, with a “B”.
Mexico is not going to continue to function without those payments. That’s the reason they are so hell bent on keeping the border open. If the President does his job, Mexico collapses.

I lived most of my life in San Diego; I get this border stuff. You would be astounded by how much cash the illegals are walking around with. Poverty stricken, my arse. Yeah, yeah. There are some legit decent people in the mix. Fine. Let them apply.
Keep in mind that it takes a lot of cash just to get yourself and your fake “family” across the border. Many of these “families” include rented children. Once released, they will be trafficked.
That’s why the law (implemented by Janet Reno as part of the settlement of the Flores case) *mandates* separation.
Illegals have to pay their coyotes and border bandits along the way. It takes thousands to get here. They are *not* penniless. It’s a giant scam. They use fake names so that when they get turned away, they can come right back.
Go to a McDonald’s in Chula Vista; there will be girls scraping mud off their shoes. I used to watch people walking back and forth at Tecate all day.
Illegals collect max benefits and work under the table for cash, much of which goes right back to Mexico. They also pop out ninos left and right for us to support.
A good percentage have plans to return to Mexico and build lovely homes for themselves that you are subsidizing.
In Mexico, drunk driving is pretty much shrugged off. Crime is whatever la policia determines it is, in the moment. If you can pay la mordida (literally, “the bite”), you’ll be on your merry way.
It’s a culture that places a very high value on its fiestas, with lots of alcohol flowing and many, many babies.
They believe in “manana”.
Cultural stereotyping? You betcha. Only because it’s true. The illegals from Mexico bring these values here, and expect us to do all of the adapting and accommodating. It’s a culture that does not place a high value on education.
Mexican culture makes sense in context of its history. Try to impose it on us and it’s a real square peg, round hole problem.
The takeaway is, every single thing you’re being told by politicians, Fake News, and bleeding hearts about illegal immigration is completely false. All of it.
