Attorney General William P. Barr is expected to release special counsel Robert Mueller’s report to Congress and the public on Thursday morning, a Justice Department official said Monday.
The nearly 400-page report is the most anticipated political report in the last 20 years as both Republicans and Democrats scramble to defend or attack President Trump in the wake of its release.
Mr. Barr summarized the special counsel’s findings last month in a four-page letter to Congress. He wrote Mr. Mueller concluded there wasn’t evidence to indicate Mr. Trump or members of his campaign conspired with Russia to win the White House. Mr. Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein also concluded there was not enough evidence Mr. Trump obstructed the Russia probe, a decision Mr. Mueller’s team declined to make.
Although Mr. Barr’s summary apparently clears the president of the most damning charge, collusion, there is still much debate over the obstruction issue. The attorney general said there is not enough evidence to charge Mr. Trump with obstruction. But he also did not give him a pass, saying the report does not conclude he committed a crime but does not exonerate him.
Nonetheless, Mr. Trump has already claimed “total exoneration” based on the four-page summary.

My hope is that they release everything EXCEPT the dirt on Democrats. When they demand the full info and have a cow over it then Trump spills the beans. Heh heh.

Aren’t those the only two possibilities? I men, if the report showed evidence that he committed a crime, then he committed a crime. In the absence of such evidence, then no crime was committed.
There isn’t a third option that states: “We think he committed a crime, but since there’s no evidence, he must be really really good at it.
Gimme an effin break.
Mueller’s “Report” must start with an explanation of what he was authorized to investigate and by what authority, presumably Rosenstein’s general appointment letter plus Rosenstein’s “scope clarification” memo (that Mueller requested when he realized he was exceeding his mandate).
Hitherto Rosenstein’s “scope clarification” memo has been treated as the more secret than plans for the atomic bomb in 1945.
Dollars to donuts the “scope” part is redacted to non-existence, yet the entirety of the Report will give away the implied scope. Going to be interesting to see how they dodge around this.

Uh... If you don’t have evidence to charge with a crime then you’re what - ‘not guilty for now’? Or is that ‘we’re still making s### up, so he’s still pending guilty’? I guess we’re ALL guilty until proven innocent?
