Lindsey Graham to introduce immigration package, toughen asylum standards

Sen. Lindsey Graham said Sunday he will be introducing a proposal to change U.S. asylum laws, saying the only way to stop the crisis at the southern border is to toughen up asylum standards.

The South Carolina Republican said a wall and military personnel at the border helps control the flow of migrants coming from Central American countries, but won’t completely stop the problem.

“We have to change these laws so people stop coming,” Mr. Graham told Fox News during an appearance on “Sunday Morning Futures.”

“Doing what we are doing is not working…the crisis has to come to an end,” he added.

The President has been trying to do it by Executive Order....and of course....unlike Obama's EOs....the courts hit Trump every time.

The Dems are going to have to concede "something".....like it or not.

I think if you staked out the position that no federal money can be spent on non-documented aliens, started arresting American bosses who hire the illegals, and took an active position on sanctuary cities...it would be a major step forward. The Wall is simply one of dozens of things which will have to be done to remedy the situation.

One additional law which they might think about...no citizenship or visa will be extended to any illegal who has registered himself/herself to vote. They would have to leave the country for a decade, and apply only after that period has ended.

Obviously the GOP could have passed any law they wanted when they had a majority in both houses Jan 2017-Jan 2019. But they did nothing. Because regardless of what they pretend to want now, in reality they want our borders WIDE OPEN.

Any legislation they try to introduce now is just “border theater” because they know the dems in the house will not support it.

Those were the days, my friend. But in the meantime dumping several thousands of these invaders right in the heart of enemy territory will have to do.

Drop 4 or 5 busloads every week into Hyde Park in Chicago preferably right in front of Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn’ s home 2 blocks or so from the residence Obama has.

Fill up a cruise ship with a thousand and drop anchor in the harbor at Martha’s Vineyard. Then push them down the gangplank at gun point. The Mayors of Oakland and Chicago have openly declared they’ll be more than happy to take them. Crank up the busses and give them a bellyful.

Drop a thousand each into Skokie, Wilmette, Evanston, and Lake Forest. Another thousand each into Marin, Sonoma, and Napa Counties. A special fleet of busses goes straight to the vineyard owned by Pelosi.

This is a brilliant move my President Trump. Absolutely brilliant.

3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population)
7) demonstrate English proficiency to acquire citizenship
