The former head of the DNC Opens a New Window. , Ed Rendell, said Alexandria Ocasio-Cortezs Opens a New Window. , D-N.Y., decision to defend fellow freshman Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, over her comments about the Sept. 11 terror attacks, was incomprehensible.

Rendell also believes that Omar should have been condemned because of anti-Semitic tweets.
I said when Omar made her first comments about all about the Benjamins, referring to Jews, in America, I said that that was worthy of condemning by name, he said. As an American Jew, I can tell you theres nothing more hurtful to us than having us linked to money and saying that all we care about is moneythats the Holy Grail when it comes to insulting Jews.

The problem is she hates Jews and she was using that phrase in a string of tweets saying Jews are using money to buy influence. She wasn’t just quoting a Puff Daddy lyric.
It’s always amazed me that with the democrats emphasis on identity politics they can get a bunch of different groups that hate each other to vote the same way. Omar and Tlaib are such raging anti-semites that they can’t even keep their mouths shut just six months past their elections but most U.S. jews will still vote democrat. Any LGBTQ person setting foot in most muslim countries would be frog marched to the nearest 10 story building and thrown off the side yet they both vote democrat in the U.S. Most blacks despise hispanics and the vice versa, yet they both vote democrat.
Finally we have in Rendell someone in the democratic party speaking up against these bigots. Maybe it’s finally a crack in the veneer, it’s about time. I predict there’s more to come, you can only keep cats, dogs, and canaries living together in the same room for so long before someone starts eating the other.
Whats the effect of all the Arab oil money?
dp0622,
I do not get why the majority of American Jews continue voting against the interests of Israel? And continue voting for Dems who savage Israel?
Also can I get your Naples meatball recipe?
They’re gonna surprise you in 2020. Mark my words.
Part of the recipe calls for grating hard Italian bread for breadcrumbs.
Only old Italian women that are old school have time for that :)
Since it’s the 21 century, men too.
You still want it and you got the patience, it’s yours.
Me, it’s Rare I have the patience and mom doesn’t have the strength to do it. But I still bang it out sometimes!
AOC often hilariously misuses urban slang. She thinks she's "Alex from the Bronx" when she never was.
Ok,
Old hard Italian bread,
Hand broken in to bread crumbs,
Next?
use a cheese grater
pound of ground beef. Add ground pork and/or ground veal sometimes for kicks :).
Add eggs(start with 2 and decide next time if you want more)
add a cup of grated Romano
garlic, a little or more depending on how much you like it
chopped parsley
salt and pepper
and the bread crumbs.
and a LITTLE water. Less than a cup.
Decide after a few times how much/little water, garlic, bread crumbs, chopped parsley etc. you want to add.
In the age of electric blenders you can probably take the short route on the Italian bread grating. no problem there.
Fry them a little but just enough so they are lightly browned on the outside.
Frying not necessary, can put them right into sauce, but I like frying lightly first
Again, how much you fry them before finishing them off in the pot of sauce, if at all, is up to you.
Use sausage in the sauce to add flavor to the sauce and eventually the meatballs.
Enjoy :)
Since I was giving Joe the recipe for meatballs, I recall others asking for it but I forget exactly who, so I’m covering the bases :)

You’re right on it again this morning. Good job!
Mmmmmm mmmmm mmmmm. I’m hungry. thaks.
I get lazier and lazier making them :)
Grandma Rose had all day Saturday to grate hard Italian bread. Most don’t want to lol
That was in the ‘70s. Boy I miss those days.
The Uncles reading the Sunday Papers on Saturday night on the front steps, me drinking coke out of the bottles they had back then, if the street lamps were working a little handball...
Great times :)
Yum!
:)
Hope you and yours are well out there :)
Great. Now, I am hungry.
I could totally do this but w/o the cheese. I love meatballs. Maybe this week. Making Japanese style beef stew tonight for the hockey game.
Hey man,
Good job Thanks
I’ll try your Nana’s recipe sounds very good..
People like my parents may not vote, which is just as good.
