What’s controversial about it?
That corrupt AF Democrats covered up Gossnell’s crimes for years and looked the other way?
That legal abortionists still botch abortions with no outcry from NOW or the media?

A federal judge on Thursday jailed the hypocritical Kentucky clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples, as hundreds of protesters cheered outside the courthouse, Love Won!
Thats how the author of the article that is the subject of this thread, Chris Perez,
wrote about Kim Davis getting put in jail by a federal judge for refusing to issue licenses for homosexual marriages, back in 2015. So the shift left of the NY Post was way before they became the big Never-Trump paper they are presently, and with stuff like this they became indistinguishable from the NY Daily News.

Whats controversial about it?
The quote I use after my name: “In times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.” George Orwell
Just replace revolutionary with controversial. We do live in a time of universal deceit.

From the headline, I thought they were going to screen “Unplanned” at the White House.
That too would be good news.

They should have a Gosnell/Unplanned double feature.
Followed by an Executive Order to stop funding Planned Parenthood effective immediately.

My thoughts exactly. Both films are true stories. I was moved by both. I hope he watches both. But do believe the Gosnel one has special impact. As it shows important legal and social challenges involved. God bless President Trump.

He also wrote in the article about Kim Davis this overlooked tidbit.
“Despite being on her fourth marriage and bearing two kids out of wedlock, the 49-year-old Rowan County clerk insisted she answers to a higher authority.”
Sort of takes out some of her stuffing, eh?

Gosnell movie, from what I understand, is more gory than Unplanned. I haven’t seen either due to living in the boonies.
The left’s reaction to the WH showing will either be deafening silence or a sh%tstorm.
My bet is on the former. The last thing they want is for curious young women to wonder what the fuss is about & then tune in to the ugly truth.

She became more religious in 2011. The left will always pounce on past sins while Christianity emphasizes repentance. So no.
Why did you come to this forum, again?

Leftist rhetoric now? Past actions repented of and action with respect to renewed faith is only called hypocrisy by the left, never mind partisan.
Did you ever read the many declarations on this site that it is pro-God?
This is but one example. You have been here long enough to know that atheists such as yourself are going to run up against that stance. Hence my question as to why you are here, and that last non-answer did not really answer that.
