First can Trump do this legally. I love it but is there a law that he can do this under? If so then the supremes can just overrule the 9th. Also the 9th should only cover the states in their area. Other courts could rule it’s ok. So no remittance from the South East or midwest.
Confiscation of illegal lying obtained funds. Make sure those trying to send money are investigated as to the source.
