Attorney General Bill Barr testified before the House Appropriations Committee on Tuesday morning.
During his testimony Barr told Rep. Robert Aderholt (R-AL) that the Inspector General Horowitz is investigating the FISA abuse during the Obama administration to spy on Trump. The Attorney General said the report will be completed in May or June.
AG Bill Barr: The Office of the Inspector General has a pending investigation of the FISA process in the Russia investigation and I expect that that will be complete sometime in May or June I am told. So hopefully we will have some answers from Inspector General Horowitz on the FISA warrants.

How do you come to that conclusion from just a small statement?...................
Short of one of these co-conspirators spilling the beans, the FISA warrant is the best place to start unraveling this cabal of evil. This is pretty close to ground zero.
It is good that Barr is doing this, in addition to all theother stuff he has to do, like the Mueller report review.

Barr was acting like Sgt. Schultz during his testimony today, “I see nothing.” My faith in him is dashed. No one is being investigated now, but maybe I will look at the referrals that are being sent down.
He is not looking into the abuse now.

He does not want to be implicated and if it just points the finger at CIA-FBI heads, he knows he is off the hook.
My gut says that Art of the Deal has occurred.
Trump got the goods on the conspirators and a mutual stand-down was negotiated.
Not the best outcome for the Republic, but I think that’s what has happened.
