Did not say they have not been helpful.
Only that they are not without issues and controversies,
and that pharma companies have vastly undersold the risks.
They sought and received an unprecedented blanket exemption from civil liability for a reason.
Please don’t try to interject logic and science into this thread.
Vaccines are a medical procedure that isn't safe for everyone. The special Vaccine Court has paid out more that $4 billion dollars in damages over the past few years.

I avoid vaccinations because vaccinations affect the immune system, which is a vital component of survival and health. Its resources are finite and cannot be at all places at all times. Apart from that, it's my body and my right to determine what goes into it and when, not the prerogative of some goofy bureaucrat who thinks he knows what's best for me.

May years ago when I was in the Navy they came up with the “Swine Flu” vaccine. My Dad happened to work for a medical equipment manufacturer and in a staff meeting where doctors and microbiologists were attending the discussion went to the rapid development of this vaccine. My Dad recommended I not permit them to inject it into me - so I refused the vaccine. My Congressman had to get involved to get me paid (they gave the vaccine before you got paid and wouldn’t pay me). I got paid, and of course was scheduled for a courts martial for refusing the orders for the vaccine.
Within a few weeks it was discovered people were getting Guillon-Barre syndrome from the vaccine and the program was suspended. Needless to say I was not courts-martialed.
Since then I am very suspicious of any vaccine and tend to wait several years before I permit anyone to inject me with anything.

If you are not vaccinated you should worry about contracting measles, ands getting vaccinated should be up to those persons.
I don't have a problem with vaccinations but I have a problem with forced vaccinations. -Tom
First: Vaccines aren’t 100 percent effective. So even some people who are vaccinated will still be at risk. Second: The greater the number of unvaccinated people in a community, the more opportunity germs have to spread. This means outbreaks are more difficult to stem and everyone is at greater risk of exposure — including vaccinated people.
Basically, vaccinating the herd protects those who cannot be vaccinated (like, babies and immuno-suppressed).
Some Orthodox Jews didn’t get their kids vaccinated for Measles and, what a coincidence, they have an outbreak.

Years ago an abutter on my job would visit me every Monday to see how his business would be affected in the coming week.
One Monday he didn't show up and I dropped in to see how he was doing.
His employees told me he got the Swine Flu Shot on Friday and was dead Sunday morning.
They felt it was a reaction to the shot since he seemed healthy and in good spirits on Friday.
Who knows? It is in the Govt's, vaccine suppliers and medical peoples interest to muddle the conclusion. - Tom
