Cancel Kirstjen Nielsen
Her role in terrorizing children should make her a permanent pariah.

On Sunday evening, news broke that Kirstjen Nielsen was leaving her job as head of the Department of Homeland Security. The New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman tweeted that according to people close to Nielsen, one reason she hung on as long as she did was because she was aware how awful life would/will be for her on the outside, given her role in defending Donald Trumps policies.
Lets make it so.
Nielsen did not create Trumps monstrous policy of separating migrant families, but she should be known forever as the person who carried it out. She put babies in cages, traumatized children for life, and then appears to have lied to Congress about what she had done. She did this evil work with either blithe incompetence or malicious sloppiness, failing to create a system to properly track kids who were ripped from their families. On Friday, the Trump administration said it could take up to two years to identify thousands of separated migrant children.
Now Trump is gearing up to do it again. According to NBC News, for months the president has urged his administration to reinstate large-scale separation of migrant families crossing the border. Nielsen reportedly resisted, citing court rulings and Trumps own 2018 executive order ending his administrations family separation policy. Trumps choice for acting homeland security secretary, Kevin McAleenan, apparently is more open to the idea.

Even better, get out of NYC. Fly over country.......
Better yet; boycott the NY Slimes forever.
“CANCEL”?! The ‘times’ thinks it is way more clever than it actually is.
obama did the same thing. Because that is the law.
The fake legacy media yawned.
Psst... That’s an existing Obama era policy. Which of course makes it Trump’s fault.
One of the things that these sort of intimidation tactics, as well as the corporate boycotts against people who leave the Trump administration, is to make public the leverage and intimidation tactics of the Swamp.
People often wonder why what seemed to be genuine conservatives arrive in DC and quickly turn into Swamp creatures.
This is why.
The Swamp offers the carrot (easy riches) as well as the stick (economic career punishment if you defy them).
Unless conservatives coming to DC have their own business that liberal and Swamp boycotts can’t touch, they are going to be poorer after they leave than when they arrived.
Sounds like a threat.
And encouraging others to harass.
If they keep it up the minions of the Ministry of Propaganda could find their lives getting more interesting.
Gee, her husband is Matt Ipcar the executive creative director at Blue State Digital and was a principal design leader for both Obama campaigns. No bias there.............
Michelle ain’t seen nuttin’ yet.
Welcome to the deep state where everyone does very well while doing nothing at all.
she was aware how awful life would/will be for her on the outside,
The New Jork Times is again fabricating jingoistic propaganda.
Do not trust a word they say.
With her cyber security qualifications, she will be in very high demand.
New York Slimes opinion propagandist Michelle Goldberg, who wrote the thread article, is so challenged as a journalist, that she fabricates what she writes out of her own sordid whole cloth.
Cancel Michelle Goldberg. No one will miss her. It is her that would have trouble “outside,” if she lost her present propagandist position at the New Jork Slimes
I live here. Believe me. Genuine conservatives don't come to DC. They shouldn't. There is nothing for them here. Bill Buckley wrote that he kept NR headquartered in NY rather than DC because no ideas come from DC. It should have been a warning.
I didn't heed it, but I have an excuse, and I get to do some truly conservative things here in DC. But I don't know anyone else who has that luck.
This is satire, yes?
Liberals irrational hatred and lies about Neilson are off the charts. By listening to them you would have thought she was a concentration camp commandant.
All this based upon a deliberate lie.
It was not Trump's policy - it was US policy of not jailing children with parents charged with a crime, and the photos of the "babies in cages" were taken in 2014 during the Obama administration long before Trump took office so that had nothing to do with Trump either even if the practice was continuing.
More lies from the Left.
