Dr Pepper Snapple Group and beloved Texas grocery chain H-E-B are among the Fortune 500 companies in Texas that ranked poorly in a new report assessing the LGBTQ inclusivity of businesses across the country.
...
Dr Pepper Snapple received a rating of 45 out of 100 this year, down from its rating of 65 the year before. The company's benefits, health coverage, LGBTQ education, diversity council and outreach efforts were either non-existent or found to be lacking.
H-E-B scored even lower than Dr Pepper Snapple with a 30 out of 100. The Human Rights Campaign dinged the company for its lack of prohibitions on gender-based discrimination, medical benefits for same-sex spouses, equal health coverage for transgender individuals, LGBTQ education, LGBTQ outreach efforts and non-discrimination standards for contractors.

My response...
Me, too!
Whenever we go to Hardee’s on weekends for lunch, Dr. Pepper seem to always be ‘out’ on their self serve drink machines..............
Time to vote with our pocketbooks, folks. Reward these kinds of business which don’t kowtow to the Gaystapo.
Hub and I are doing our part. We drop a bundle every month at HEB....so grateful there’s a new one going up just 6 miles from us by summers end.....love that store.....;)
So if you treat people the same, these demented people claim you arent friendly.
Truly a mental illness
God Bless Texas!
You got it Cletus.......lol
Marcy Martin wasn’t a homosexual. He was a hard working manager of the second HEB and loved by the family. HEB will always be respected and loved by the people of Del Rio.
HEB is my favorite grocery store, and I’ve been a Pepper for decades.
The “Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) “shopping guide” has become essentially meaningless. A lot of the demands which they make on businesses are REQUIRED in many of the states in which they do business: enforced compliance.
Corporation giant Exxon was a long-time holdout, and would have remained in the lower end of the score if they hadn’t been forced by many leftist states to kowtow to the deviants. They grudgingly did so.
Everyone I ever knew who worked at the Dallas Morning News was a militant homosexual.
Hard to believe anyone gives a hoot.
HEB is a great grocery store and Dr. Pepper is a staple.
I think this means that if you drink Dr. Pepper and buy it at H.E.B., you improve your chances of avoiding any of the STDs rampant in the LGBTQ communities.
No it isn’t; victimhood/grievance is a growing industry with plenty of slots for useless failures. See Colin Kaepernick, Juicy Smollett, Ellen Degenerate, etc.; when the private sector decided they weren’t worth what they envisioned, they turned it into much more.
Unfortunately, the only HEBs around here are Central Markets. And the closest one is halfway across town.
