She came from the Bush admin.

I don't come from any department. I would only be from Trump's office.

So she could have changed the stupid catch and release law but didn’t? It wasn’t the job of congress? It’s my opinion that unless the borders are closed and those trying to cross are not fired upon (let’s say with tear gas) then nothing is going to change.

You are not listening Canada. She could have held them in camps WHICH SHOULD BE BUILT. Your sister got fired because Trump wanted it and she sucked at her job. So boo hoo.

That was the tweet. Not the actual article. So, no it was not the 2nd.

> Trump seems to have a real blind spot in the people he hires. They’re all terrific until they’re not. <

Whenever a Trump administration official resigns or gets fired, many conservatives say things like “good riddance to this loser”. We saw that with Anthony Scaramucci, Rex Tillerson, James Mattis, etc. Now, I know that folks come and go in DC. But still you gotta wonder. Because Trump appointed all those folks in the first place.

Just who is giving Trump personnel advice?

It’s normal. Don’t worry about it.

Judy, I often forgot all about her because I never saw her much. I liked her demeanor when being questioned by the Libs but she obviously was very ineffective. I don’t know why Trump didn’t get rid of her a long time ago.

Firstly, she’s not my “sister”. I never liked her from the get-go. The only time I slightly warmed to her was when she was walking into a big dinner at the White House and was asked “who are you wearing”....she scoffed at the stupidity of the question.

I just get so annoyed because she was in the position for so long and, as it now appears, there was something she should have been doing that she wasn’t.

So, she had the authority to build camps and hold them elsewhere? In Mexico? I thought I saw articles about tents and holding facilities being built a couple of years ago. So these camps could have held illegals longer than the 20 days as ordered by some Obama judge? Sorry, for getting to ticked....I’m Canadian and the injustice of this ticks me off. I can’t even image how you guys feel.

James Mattis was the first Defense Secretary to resign in protest. And by that, I mean the first in the history of the Republic.

That is not normal. But it is also not necessarily a rebuke of Trump, or of his ability to pick people. It could be just more evidence of how deep the Deep State is.

The camps will be here and their faux amnesty hearing will adjudicated here and then shipped out. I heard that was the plan.

"Trump seems to have a real blind spot in the people he hires."

Well, he's not a DC insider - so he probably doesn't know many of these people from experience.
He can only go by their resume and a good word from an actual DC insider. For what that's worth.

Clashes with Trump???

She is supposed to pursue Trump’s agenda, not her own. Maybe she should run for president and place her agenda before the voters. Until then, she is just a hired hand, and it seems a number of appointments can’t grasp that that reality.

“All I’ve read for months is that they are bound by stupid laws.”

Wonder shy anyone would think they are bound by stupid immigration laws. The whole state of California sets its own immigration laws.

I recall a rodeo clown’s career being publicly destroyed for daring to make fun of the Fraud.

I also recall Joan Rivers having lost more.
