This should be reported to Rumor Control.
Received another letter from Gannett Publications, publisher of USAToday, and several other newspapers. Due to contractual arrangements they have with third-party content providers, they have denied our request to allow posting of excerpts. They will only allow the posting of titles and links.

We have three conservatives, one moderate, one “swinger” and four leftists on the court.
Hate to say it, but BK has been somewhat of a disappointment so far. Trump hit it out of the park with Gorsuch, but BK is indeed looking like a Roberts clone. If BK is out to prove his liberal critics wrong and regain the favor of the Harvard/Yale Law crowd, we’re screwed. Again. Let’s hope we do better on the next pick.
Kavanaugh was savaged during his confirmation. So I kinda thought he would get his revenge once he was on the Court. Kick ass and take names. Like a judicial Patton.
I guess I was wrong.
Anyone trusting the media on bs like this has failed a competency check or/and is a paid troll for the lefties!
Same with Mormon Senators. Add Murkowski in Alaska.
You are 100% correct. This is from USA Today.
So many unaware conservatives continue to pick up the bones thrown them by liars and manipulators. They should know better by now
And Collins...very iffy.
It’s still very early, but the Roberts/Kavanaugh potential bromance has been something I’ve been very concerned about.
Amazing isn’t ? The media lie about everything related to Conservatives but so many on this site take all they say as absolute truth and get their collective panties in a wad.
I think it is far too soon to type cast Kavanaugh.
I think the Supreme Court could use some solid evangelicals on the team. The only non-Jew and non-Catholic is Neil Gorsuch, an Episcopalian.
Yep. Based on what we’ve seen so far, it’s certainly possible that he’s trying to win their favor. Let’s hope it’s just an unlucky roll of the dice in terms of cases that have come before the Court and his personal views, because otherwise... here we go again.
It’s really sad how many on our side are so weak.
I think people need to quit hyperventilating.
BK was known ahead of time to be a little shaky on 4th Amendment and 5th Amendment issues. Of the finalists he was my least favorite for this reason (I preferred Hardiman), but hes an improvement over Kennedy. A considerable one at that.
Hes good on 1A, abortion, and 2A issues. Hes not going to be good on everything though, which was known ahead of time. Or shouldve been.
His record is clear.
He is a solid vote to overturn Roe v. Wade and he backs military tribunals.
He will bring quisling Roberts back into the conservative fold.
But most cases that appear before most courts tend to be rather technical and apolitical in nature. That's why there's little controversy in most rulings.
The real issue is both political parties continuing to look to SCOTUS to tackle political issues that really should be the purview of Congress. It's Congress' continuing desire to hide behind the Court's skirts and duck "hot potato" political issues that's the root problem.
In the meantime, where is RBG?
