Barr’s summary is just that - a summary. Mueller found no collusion, not Barr. If the report said there was collusion, Mueller would have stated such. These people really are stupid.

Mueller did not indict. That is all that anyone is entitled to know. A criminal investigation is for the purpose securing a possible indictment, not to discover embarrassing information.

A careful reading of the NYT story indicates some unnamed “sources” are quibbling over how the evidence was characterized.
Everyone, and I mean everyone knows whatever is there does not rise to the level of a criminal prosecution.

But they want their bullshit characterizations of events and the law to be published anyway in the last, final attempt to take out Trump, or add to the damage inflicted.
