My son went to college many moons ago and dumped his poor old Earnie the goldfish in a local pond. He provided for him. LOL It beat the toilet for a new home.

Piscine species are not generally thought to be conscious, and it is hard to project the concept of suffering to a fish. The guy is a thoughtless and uncaring worm, but this is hardly criminal

I am in New Hanover county. The last elections were depressingly bad for conservatives. The county commission went dim for the first time in quite a while. This seems more like he is receiving some payback for something undisclosed in the report.
