Mexico expresses concern about US border slowdowns

MEXICO CITY (AP) — The Mexican government said Tuesday there are significant slowdowns at U.S. border crossings, particularly at three of the eight between Ciudad Juarez and El Paso, Texas. The slowdowns have been caused by a U.S. decision to re-assign some 2,000 border officers who normally check vehicles at border crossings to deal with growing crowds of migrants. But the slowdowns caused huge backups of trucks and cars, threatening to strangle the movement of goods and people. "If we don't get this back to normal very soon, it is going to have an economic cost for both countries," warned Foreign Relations Secretary Marcelo Ebrard. The city government of Ciudad Juarez said so many trucks were backed up at border freight crossing there that they began to crowd some of the city's main boulevards, "causing losses for shopkeepers and creating traffic problems."

"Mexico expresses concern about US border slowdowns..."

..... Concern? ...... Mexico is the reason that there is a slowdown. They should be busy building larger facilities on their side of the border to handle the hundreds of thousands .... Heck .... even MILLIONS of people they are allowing to pass through their southern border.

.... America made a huge mistake allowing migrants onto American soil .... Now they have the vast army of liberal communist legal activists in place to jam up and over urden our system with all of their verbal vomit and legal chains and shackles that they have built over the past few decades with the intent to overwhelm our system with their manufactured crisis ..... It's called the Cloward Piven Strategy Look it up ....

.... The nice guy GOP were the Useful Idiots they were waiting for .... Now they can fulfill their goal of bring down this country while we all remained content believing that the laws and Constitution would protect us from such an event.

I’d counterpunch these bastards with closing the border for six months. I’m fed up with supporting third world shit-hole countries while having to sustain being pushed around by these thugs.

a week or two from now, with trucks backed up halfway to Timbucktu, those sitting trucks will be sitting ducks for pirates. I bet a gang could clean one out in about 8 minutes. Three if it’s produce. Of course Obrador could order police to guard the sitting trucks, but, then they wouldn’t be making coyote kickbacks, and they wouldn’t want to make any enemies either, so they wouldn’t be guarding too carefully.

.Mexico is letting the invasion columns pass unimpeded.

Worse than that. Mexico gives them temporary visas.

Bingo... This is an admission that closing the border will work. Just slowing it down has them worried. :)

I don’t have access to host a picture. If someone can, this is most interesting. After an initial experiment in December 2018/January2019, AMLO Govt confirmed Wednesday it will no longer issue “massive” numbers of humanitarian visas to CentralAm migrants. The spics express concern about slowdowns? Our POTUS has told them to stop facilitating and enabling the invasion of the USA or we'll shut the border, and now they're expressing concern?

Are they genuinely this stupid or just deliberately obtuse?

To: blueplum; All

WHY ARE WE ALLOWING CITIZENS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
WHO ENTER US ILLEGALLY GRANT THEM RIGHTS
THAT THEIR COUNTRY DENY US HAVING
WHEN WE ENTER THEIRS LEGALLY TO VISIT OR RETIRE ???

It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen entering illegally exempting those who do so legally and meet US citizenship requirements. All subject to reciprocal citizen treatment a citizen of the United States receives in Mexico through the Mexican constitution on citizenship .

Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote, and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal. Prohibiting any illegal entrant employment, voting, and land ownership privileges fully enforced ..
In other words Sneak into this country before expulsion no job no voting no landowning

The ball is in Mexico ‘s court. If they will do their part keeping the invaders out, our President will reward him and not close the border. “Put up or shut up.”

The talking heads forget to mention the harm to our schools, hospitals and Americans that all this is causing. Shutting the border can’t be as bad as the damage to our country by letting them all in diseases and all.
