Virginia Democratic Lieutenant Gov. Justin Fairfax’s office issued a statement Sunday again denying allegations of sexual assault and saying Fairfax took two polygraph exams in an effort to show he is telling the truth.
The statement from Fairfax came as televised interviews of two women, Vanessa Tyson and Meredith Watson, are set to air over the coming days.
“From the moment that Dr. Vanessa Tyson and then Ms. Meredith Watson first made accusations that Lt. Governor Fairfax had committed sexual assault decades ago, Lt. Governor Fairfax has been steadfast in saying that the allegations are extraordinarily serious, deserve to be heard, and should be investigated and taken seriously,” the statement said. “Lt. Governor Fairfax has also been steadfast from the start in saying that a serious, fair, and impartial investigation and examination of the facts would demonstrate that these allegations are false and that he engaged in no wrongdoing whatsoever.”

Didn’t Blasey Ford say she took a polygraph, too?
Interesting that he doesn’t mention whether he was shown to be lying or not.
And there is a reason polygraph tests are not admissible in court.

“The statement went on to detail two polygraph exams where Fairfax denied “any non-consensual sexual activity” with either Tyson or Watson. The statement said both answers were shown to be truthful. Polygraph exams are not admissible in Virginia courts.
The statement said Jeremiah Hanafin administered the polygraph exams and noted that Hanafin administered a polygraph exam last year on Christine Blasey Ford, who came forward with allegations against now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.”

He took a polygraph? Who cares... they are inadmissible.
No news of the poly before he took it - i.e., he practiced cheating it, took it and if he screwed up, you’d not hear this story. He succeeded so “announces” his successful poly.
What does Coonman think of this?
From the Washington Examiner article on Ford’s polygraph test given by the same guy who gave Fairfax his:
“Wednesday show Ford was asked only two questions during her test. The first one is: “Is any part of your statement false?” She answered, “No.” The second question is: “Did you make up any part of your statement?” She again answered, “No.”
Polygraphs are already notoriously unreliable — so unreliable, in fact, that they’re inadmissible in court — but this Aug. 7 test goes well beyond merely unreliable. She was asked no details about her story. Kavanaugh’s name wasn’t even mentioned.
Second, there’s the written statement that went along with the test. It has multiple edits and contradictions, and it conflicts directly with the information she provided in the letter delivered on July 30 to Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.”
I’d like to see the transcript of Fairfax’s test.
Wow, hey, I actually passed that polygraph!! Guess I didn’t do it after all!!
This is an easy one to figure out. On the one side we have a black (+1 point) male (-1 point) as against 2 black (+2 points) females (+2 points). Obviously the score is 4 to 0 and Fairfax is guilty as sin.
IMO, using the same polygraph examiner as B-F doesn’t help Fairfax’s credibility at all. He was looking for a certain “result” and he knew where to go to get it.
