He has no case. He claims to be a male, but males don't have a uterus: therefore, there is nothing to remove, and the case is moot. You can't have it both ways.

Isn’t a hysterectomy removing female body parts? Parts that men do not have? I haven’t been in a biology class since the 70’s and just can’t keep pace with the latest perversions of nature.
