Jussie Smollett is in the clear after the District Attorney in Cook County dropped all charges against the “Empire” star over allegations he lied to police in faking an alleged hate crime against himself.
According to reports, the state filed the motion to dismiss the case and the judge signed off. The judge also granted a motion to seal the case, according to Charlie De Mar of CBS Chicago.
Jussie Smollett is expected to speak to the media once the hearing has concluded.
Smollett’s attorneys released a statement saying, “Today, all criminal charges against Jussie Smollett were dropped and his record has been wiped clean of the filing of this tragic complaint against him. Jussie was attacked by two people he was unable to identify on January 29th. He was a victim who was vilified and made to appear as a perpetrator as a result of false and inappropriate remarks made to the public causing an inappropriate rush to judgment.”

Actually he stated the two on surveillance camera were them. He did identify them.
They had the check he paid to the two brothers. He paid them for something.
A well-timed action, if true. The purpose is to demonstrate that being exonerated of criminal charges really means nothing at all. “Jussie” the ass-bandit is a liar, and a criminal. That is quite clear, and is supported by damning evidence. And everyone, even his past supporters, knows it. Nonetheless, he walks, “Just like Trump!”

I thought this was fake, that it couldn’t possibly be true, but I found a known source confirming it. Sigh. It is very discouraging.

There’s a silver lining to this. Folks are getting more disgusted with the entitled elite class every day. The college scandal hits home with a lot of hard working normal people. This is confirmation of just how out of control the Judiciary, the elite, and Chicago’s politics/judiciary are.
